A scone of the aboriginals lends its name to the Bay & Queen Canadian comfort food restaurant of Oliver & Bononcini. On one side is a walk-in quick serve and the other, a comfortable dine-in option with reasonably priced, gooey and flavour-ridden big-plates. A rich tomato sauce held together perfectly-cooked octopus with a staunch olive backing. It’s made more delicate with shaved almonds and unwet lettuce and more heartwarming with a sunny, runny egg.
