A completely dilapidated rib joint with wayside tables and covers for a rainy day (like this one). The atmosphere (or the Caesar, or a combination) is the pick-me-up. The service requires refinement: salad before ribs please (unless you’re in Europe, where ribs are ostracized). But the salad is colourful and perky. And the beef rib comes off the bone and is decorated with crunch. The insides are a juicy pleasure.
