The Last Post from Canada: Origin, Edulis, Ding Tai Fung, Boulud, Ramen, Niagara-on-the-Lake

Thank you to my readers who have taken an interest in this blog. It averages 133 unique visits a day and has accrued in total over 15000 hits. My most popular entries receive over 500 unique visitors, essentially reaching every one of my friends. It is currently the 47th ranked blog in Toronto and the 7th ranked in ex-Toronto Ontario. Your encouragement and often salient comments spur my greater efforts to deliver readable and insightful posts.

This will be my last post from Canada until I return in May. But there will be many posts regarding my travels and travails in Europe. It is a continent I have never visited yet somehow makes appearances on this blog everywhere.
